THE PROCESS FAQ

How do I find my color?

Start by Calling our Colorist +1 (347) 626-9197 or taking our Color Quiz. We  asks you a few questions about your current hair color and what you are looking to achieve with your new color, then helps determine your just-right shade.

24 – 48 hours before coloring?

We highly recommend you CALL +1 (347) 626-9197 our colorist and sensitivity test 48 hours before you begin coloring your hair.

Allergy test :

1. Mix small, equal parts of DEVELOPING CREAM and HAIR COLOR CREAM in a plastic bowl, please use a plastic spoon (do not use metallic utensils).
2. Examine the test area after 24 – 48 hours. If no reaction occurred, you are ready to color.

How light can I go?

If your hair is color treated and lighter than your outgrowth, you can lighten your roots up to two levels but we recommend contacting our colorists to discuss your options and find the perfect color.

Should I wash my hair before coloring?

Wait at least one full day after washing your hair before you color. If you use styling products, comb through your hair before coloring to remove any excess product. Shampoo hair thoroughly and wait at least 24 hours before coloring.

Do I section my hair?

Divide your hair into four sections. Part your hair down the middle and split each half with an additional part line, so your hair falls into four quadrants. Color each section individually.

How do get to the back of my hair?

Our bottle has a nozzle tip designed to easily divide hair into smaller sections. Create and color small rows, about a quarter inch apart, one section at a time. Be sure to fully saturate roots. Use half on your roots, go back in and massage color into your roots

Will I see residue color?

Usually it is normal for residue color 24 – 48 after shopping especially if you use a dark or red color.

How do I protect my hair and make my color last?

Protect and strengthen your color with our Shampoo and Conditioners that nourishes hair and won’t strip it of color. Be sure to use cool water to shampoo and condition your hair.

How do remove excess color from my skin?

The coconut oil acts as a stain remover as well.
